From Container Inquiry to Pickup
Understand the information and confirmations needed before collecting an Oceanbox container.
1. Define the requirement
Provide city and state/province, size and configuration, quantity, acceptable condition and required date. Include any depot restriction. Our team can then confirm which published options fit the request.
2. Agree the offer and release conditions
Confirm the final price, currency, applicable charges, pickup location and transaction terms in writing. Follow the payment and release instructions in your confirmed transaction documents. A website listing or a planned arrival date is not permission to collect a container.
3. Confirm collection before dispatch
Before sending a truck, confirm payment acknowledgment where required, the valid release or booking reference, the depot instructions and any collection window. Check unit or reference details against the release documents. If the equipment is still expected to arrive, obtain confirmation of actual readiness before making collection arrangements.
